Felicitation Program
In the recent University exams, Reuben Lalzawmliana of the Sociology dept. topped the university rankings with a score of 64% in his Honours subject. The college is especially proud of him since he was also the Vice President of the 2010 Students’ Union. He was today awarded a certificate and cash prize at the College Week Opening cum Felicitation program organised at Vanapa Hall.
Other recipients included meritorious students who had achieved First Class rankings in the final Degree exams, as well as class toppers in their respective Honours subjects in the 1st and 2nd year University exams. In an innovative move, citations were also presented to 21 professors who had attained Ph.D. degrees while serving at the college.
